“Love is the fulfilling of the law,” and “the one who loves another has fulfilled the law,” Paul writes in Romans 13.  “Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends,” said Jesus the night before He went to the cross for us.
How does the surpassing love of Jesus become active in us?  How much love on our part is “good enough”?
Join us for our Lenten Midweek services at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. beginning with Ash Wednesday and continuing through Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, as we learn of this love, culminating in a joyous celebration of love that conquers death, on Easter Sunday (the Resurrection of Our Lord).
Ash Wednesday is March 6th. Worship Services with Holy Communion will be held at 11:00 a.m. & 7:00 p.m. that day with optional imposition of ashes.
