The next Woman’s Guild meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 3 at 1:00 p.m. in the lounge. Come see what exciting projects the women are already planning. They are always looking for new ideas and for help with their current projects. All are invited to come share their ideas and the fellowship.
Mark your calendar for Sunday May 19! A potluck will be held immediately following the second service. After the pot luck, Steve Gauss, Community Relations Director for the Lutheran Homes of Michigan, will briefly tell us about the ins and outs of nursing homes. He will clear up some common misconceptions about nursing home care, and will address questions you may have about nursing homes in general or other topics related to caring for senior citizens. The information Steve provides will surely be helpful for seniors themselves, and for those whose senior parents may be facing health care needs.
