Please join us for a special screening of Cecil B. DeMille’s landmark 1927 silent photoplay “King of Kings.” Starring H.B. Warner as Christ, the classic silent film will be accompanied live on Angelica’s magnificent Casavant-Fréres pipe organ by internationally acclaimed organist Scott Foppiano, the 2007 ATOS Organist of the Year. As we draw nearer to Holy Week and Easter, plan to bring your entire family and friends to this beautiful and dramatic musical and cultual presentation.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m., the movie will begin at 7:00 p.m.
There is no admission charge. A free-will offering will be taken.

A reception will follow where all can meet the artist, Mr. Foppiano, and CDs of his music will be available for purchase.

NOTE: Mr. Foppiano will also be presented in a solo theatre pipe organ concert on Sunday, 13 March 2016, 3:00 PM at the Senate Theatre, home of the Detroit Theatre Organ Society, 6424 Michigan Avenue (one block West of Livernois).
